Assisted Living
Residents live in their own light-filled apartment home, with amenities that make life easier and safer, like step-in showers, daily wellness programming, meal service three times a day with indoor and outdoor seating options, a locking medication cabinet, and much more. Assisted Living residents have access to a beautiful an excellent community.
Regular Activities
We encourage our residents to keep up activities, hobbies and interests that they enjoyed before they came to live with us. We also support them in taking up new ones, from gardening and yoga all the way through to coding. We focus on creating an engaging for our residents.
Care Planning
We work closely with our resident’s social workers and families to create care plans that are in the interests of our residents. We don’t believe in a one size fits all approach. We want our residents to get the best from our supported living experience and can only do that by thinking of our resident’s individual needs. Every resident gets a tailored care plan.
Independence
We believe that everyone deserves dignity. That’s why we have a vision for universal disability with dignity. Every one of our residents is supported to live as independently as their abilities allow. We are on hand 24/7 to support our residents and giving them the platform needed for independence.
